When I can see eyeshadow ontop of their lashes, like Mel said!
Also when people say they 'pluck' their brows. You pluck chickens, and tweeze your brows.

Whenever I see someone that is OVERLY tan and/or using either too much DARK foundation, or fake tan or even bronzer just to look DARKER, but yet they have almost white, not blonde, but white hair. It just looks weird. Brown face and that platinum blonde hair, I say white, because the contrast is so strong, it makes the very blonde hair almost look white.

I guess some people like it, and that's fine. Myself though I think it looks so fake and dirty, especially when you see that contrast from the brown, dark face.

For me it's not taking the time to check yourself in both the bathroom lighting and daylight. They look completely different. Therefore you can either look dead or overly bronzed or heavy cake face. I don't judge on people's makeup too much because I believe it's a freedom of expression. Certain things like not matching your foundation correctly, matching your neck and chest to your face, over bronzing, not matching your lip liner to your lipstick, and the brows being too thin or like monster hair patches! There's enough education on those basics! I personally think some people look fabulous with raccoon black eyeliner, while others might not. Sometimes over blushing is gorgeous. I love bright colorful eye shadow and lips.

This is weird ,but when people w wrinkly eyelids (usually older women) user metallic eyeshadows . It just doesn't go on smoothly.
