Do you have a purple lipstick? Lilac? I think that would look good but red would be fine too. The clash kind of works haha.

Green and red are complementary colors so it should work maybe sheer out your lipstick so it won't be too harsh.

I agree with Ari! Complimentary colors always look good together; even if you think they won't. Like she said, sheer it out a bit if you're super worried about it clashing. For other times like this I suggest making yourself a color wheel (very first grade I know) and also out the primary colors along with secondary colors and so on. That way you can easily see what compliments each other and what doesn't. I still use a color wheel I made like 5 years ago for this purpose!
