I take cotton pads and dip them in cucumber/mint juice and then place them in the fridge for a bit. Once they're cold enough I just apply the cotton pads on my eyes for 10 minutes. You can also make a bunch of cotton pads and just keep them in the freezer so you always have them made.

When I was in my 20s I got bags after staying up really late, having too much salty food, or by not drinking enough water. It's fluid that's collected under your eyes, making them look puffy. Now that I've hit 30, I see them more often, no thanks to my Dad. Bags are largely genetic and surgery is really the only thing that's going to change that. But you can do things to make them a little less obvious:
Longterm fixes: drink more water, get more sleep, make sure to have plenty of water with salty food (or don't eat them), and exercise regularly to keep things circulating.
Quick fixes: sleep with your head more elevated (this is really bad for your neck though), do a minute of jumping jacks as soon as you get up, drink a glass of water, and put something cold under your eyes to reduce the inflammation for at least ten minutes- just don't give yourself an ice burn (yes, that's possible).
Yellow undereye concealer cancels out blue if you also have dark circles, green cancels out red if you have irritation. I really love my mac concealer in a slightly yellow tone... hides my bags perfectly!
Nothing replaces living a healthier lifestyle and the earlier you start, the easier it is... and the fewer bags you'll have!

Keep a couple of spoons in the freezer, then when you awake put the spoons around your eye area. This will reduce puffing and make the bags appear less noticeable.

You can use cucumber or potato as an eye mask. Freeze this slices before putting to your eyes to have some cooling effect. You can also use green tea bag to lessen the dark circles around the eye area. Do it regularly and you feel the difference.
