Anastasia Dipbrow for sure! If you have thick brows anyways then pencils and powders are fine but Dipbrow looks more natural for sparse brows. Anastasia Beverly Hills is by far the best brand of brow products I have used, and believed me I have tried a ton! Here is a link for how to fill in your brows and have them cleaned up first by either carefully plucking (I cannot stress this enough because I went crazy and over plucked mine and they still aren't great after over a year) waxing or threading.
