My nails are so thin that I can't grow them out because if I put pressure on them they will bend up it downwards and break can anyone help me or is it a genetic thing I can't fix?

I have the same issues. Probably not as bad, but try putting a clear coat of nail polish. Also I know there's tons of serums and stuff you can put on it. Search it on YouTube. My sister has this issue too and she gets acrylic nails. That can be kind of annoying though. I hope I helped!

I know they have nail polishes that are specifically designed to harden nails, I have sally Hansen nail hardener.

I use Sally Hanson nail growth on my nails (in a gold looking container) and it helps my nails become stronger and grow :)

Use olive oil and vick's vapour rub on them.

Take calcium vitamin supplements that worked for me& it also helped with my teeth :-) I swear by it that it'll work ^.<
