You can buy fake blood. I did this on one of my outfits a few years ago but cause mine was zombie themed I just used my hands and literally used my hands with the fake blood on them to make it look like I'd been grabbed and pulled on hahaha. For this you could have a friend throw the blood on you for a splatter effect but you'd need a bit of blood and patience lol :)
