Also there is a redness soothing cleanser by Neutrgena that I have used in the past for redness and I found that it actually does work. I also have sensitive skin.

Everyone is different but for me, I always have acne on my forehead. I stopped washing my face so much and now I just use Neutrogena (I think?) Microdermabrasion brush once a week. And for me, washing my face only once a week and using proactive moisturizer two or three times a week helps my skin a lot! But of course, everyone is different, so it's hard to tell if this will work for you or not. Take care!
