Pros: it's inexpensive, easy to find, and works pretty well for normal/combo skin.
Cons: doesn't come with an applicator, hard to travel with, can make skin look ashy (certain shades), and does need to be touched up.
All in all, I say it's pretty good for the price point. I've been using it since high school and although I've tried others, I go back to it. Just make sure you have a good brush to apply it with, and if you have skin that tends to get pretty oily throughout the day like I do, be prepared to keep the powder and your brush in your bag to touch it up.

I use this almost everyday and it is really good, not cakey, just the lid doesn't stay on very well so you cant really take it on the go. That's the only thing...
