Acne around the mouth! How to get rid of it?!?!

I've been having a lot of problems with zits and little bumps at the corners of my mouth. I've trued a lot yo get rid of them, i use my normal cleanser (Clean and Clear acne control facial cleanser) and i've used deep pore cleansing pads (Clearasil Ultra deep pore cleansing pads) and i've even tried toothpaste with worked to shrink it but didnt help with the redness, any way to get rid of it???
