My sweet 16th is on sunday and I need help with how to do my hair and makeup. The length of my hair is past my shoulders and I got dark blonde ( like gold, browny etc) hair with a few different coloured brown and blonde highlights. I also got blue eyes and a black and white dress with white heels which I'm going to wear on the night.
