The hair is separated into front and back, the back is then pulled into a sloppy bun and the front was probably straightened. That's my guess?

Well its separated front and back and the bun is made by separating two halves of the back then to make the bun its like making a ponytail but instead of pulling it all the way through you just leave it in hope I could help :D
