How to use Eyebrow WAX.

I consider myself to have nice full eyebrow with a nice shape that I maintain myself. I recently felt that my makeup looks needed an extra pop, so I went out an bought the Urban Decay Brow Box. The thing is I don't know how to use the wax. Does it go before or after the color fill in? please help.

I generally use mine to shape my brows then fill the rest with a powder when I'm working with brow wax but you can also use it afterwards with a light hand too.

I usually use mine as Shaye described for shaping or if I have any very sparse or thin areas, then follow with powder.

First you use the wax to shape your brows in place and it also helps the powder to actually stick (:
