A lot of them HELP with hair growth like castor, extra virgin olive oil, sweet almond, jojoba, coconut, avocado, argan, etc. I mix about 5-6 oils and condition weekly with it.

Moroccan oil for leave in and I put in olive oil before I go to bed and rinse it out in the morning
