It is very similar to the texture of Benefit's Porefessional but without the tint...I tried the sample I had from work and thought it was okay. I have easily-irritated, sensitive skin and it didn't seem to have any negative effect on it. It would make a decent primer for dry-to-normal skin; however, I did not notice a significant difference regarding pores. I have large pores, though. No harm in trying it out. I am a senior beauty advisor at Walgreens so I would recommend picking it up there, not because it is my job but because we allow you to return products within 30 days and with a receipt if you do not like it or have a reaction or something. Idk what other stores for sure do that? Anyway good luck. :)
