Damaged nails, help!

My nails are so flimsy and weak! I've tried strengthener and hard as nails but they have done nothing! I've been using them for two weeks so don't say. "You didn't give them enough time " how do I get my nails strong and long? xoxo~ Kenna 💕🌈

Don't file from side to side and try giving your nails a break from polish for a couple of weeks :)

If you want naturally strong nails and teeth, make sure you eat/drink a lot of things with calcium in them :)
