I know this is a long shot but is there anyway you can revive your dead ends. really don't wanna get it cut its only just started growing again after like 13 years!

No. Dead ends have to be cut off. If you wait, they'll just split further up the hair and you'll have to get more cut off.

Yes unfortunately the inevitable is a haircut but until then put coconut oil on your ends so they at least lay down nice and don't look frayed! :)
