Skin care (foundation, concealer) or eye makeup (eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara)first?

Depends if you can perfectly do your eye make up without smudging under your eyes after foundation then add foundation first if you can't do it like this then do the eye make up first so you can clean up under your eyes if messed up.

Normally, I will apply my face makeup first and then move onto eyes. However, if I'm using eye shadows that have a lot of fallout (such as glitter) then I will reverse the steps and do my eye makeup first. My suggestion would be to do face makeup first unless applying shadows with fall out. There really is no perfect rule about these steps though, it's all just about personal preference!

Eye makeup first, clean up then concealer then foundation

I usually do eyes first so the shadows don't get all over my foundation and I have to redo it. Then foundation concealer and so on.

I usually do my primer foundation etc.first then eye make up. I never have problems with fall out from shadows :-)
