What can I do to get rid of the bumpy clumpy skin? And minemize the big open pores? Help me ladies!

Are the bumps a form of acne or literally part of your skin? Have you tried using an exfoliatior when you wash your face? And using cold water maybe once youre done washing the skin will help keep the pores small;

Some of it is acne and some of it is just bumps, I have tried to use an exfoliator as well :)
