When my nails appear yellowed I soak them in vinegar, warm water, and a little polish remover (always acetone free!)

Your nails are very beautiful! I would say to help them grow, keep on taking great care of them. I can get mine to grow really long by buffing them and gently giving the tips a quick file once a week, and keeping them painted. It's all about upkeep. Also, I find my nails start the break at the corners if I haven't used the seche vite quick dry top coat. The formula is so thick that I believe it prevents my nails from breaking. As for cleaning - my nails tend to yellow bc I smoke and some polishes stain them, so I buff my nails, take a bowl and squirt in some lemon juice and peroxide, add some hot water, and soak each hand for about 5 mins. After this I squirt some whitening tooth paste onto a hard bristled nail brush and scrub them. It works pretty good for me.

Elizabeth, thanks for the great info!
Ciera thanks girl :)
victoria, I constantly do my nails so that shouldn't be a problem... I love Seche Vite too, sometimes if I know I won't be able to do them again for a week or two I do two coats of Seche and they look and feel like gels!! Really a life saver without the damage.
