Honestly, I've been a nail biter for over 20 years. the bitter polish didn't work for me. what worked for me was chewing gum, imagining how many germs were under my nails. also picking out an expensive brand of polish I was going to get when my nails grew out.

I have the same problem, not with the nails thought, I bite the skin around my nails (cuticle right?) and I'm still working on it! Well I'm pretty close, try to distract your self... Chewing gum is good too. You could bring like something small to play with, just to keep your hands busy to prevent biting, and if it's because your nervous (me) all you need to do is calm down and relax for a while, you'll get over the habit trust me I use to bite my nails too, now it's with the cuticle issue😒 haha but don't give up tho!! Hope this helps.

I bit (still bite) my nails lol like Genevieve the only thing that worked for me is acrylics! I tried the polish but it wears off quick so I just ended up biting them again. I've bit my nails my whole life and I think it's because I'm an extremely anxious person, lol. I wish I knew how to get over it!

I've recently broken my biting habit, it's been about 3-4 months since I stopped. Personally, I never found that "no bite" polish thing to work, don't waste your money; it just makes your food taste bad and gets on everything you eat lol, no joke; it'll just turn you off eating while you have it on. Personally I stopped by purchasing a few colours I liked and got a growth polish from Sally Hansen, I'd apply a coat of the nail growth polish and then the colour and would apply a second coat of the nail growth polish that night. I did that for about 2 weeks and the difference in my nails was that noticeable that it all together just set my mind off it. I think cause they looked good and I'd spent time on them it made me less likely to want to ruin the progress I already made haha.
