How exactly is it done..I've watched videos and read tutorials but I just don't understand.

It's rather hard to explain, but basically, draw on your inner, upper waterline. Does that make sense? Like how you line your lower waterline, but on top. That's all :)

Your right line is the part on your upper eyelid that's like your waterline. I lift my upper eyelid up a bit, line the eye with a clean and disinfected liner and then go on my way. It's basically like lining your waterline only on too.

Pretty much, you are going to color in your upper and lower waterline. It makes your lashes look darker and fuller.

Basically coloring the inner corner of your eye. I do it a lot!

The other ladies pretty much said it! I love doing it though it makes me eyelAshes more defined in my opinion
