What to wear to a ballet..?

My co worker invited me to the Houston Ballet and I have no idea what to wear. Any ideas??

As a performer, I normally see people come in either dresses or nice pants and dressy shirts. :)

I'd say to dress up a little. Maybe a cute dress or skirt & shirt. People tend to get dressy for ballets.
