What Costume? Stylish or Scary?

So I turned 18 this year and I've never really done a scary costume and I want to do one! I have one of my favorite characters, Rose Lalonde, but a darker, scarier version known as Grimdark Rose. Pic below. But at the same time I've really fallen in love with a greaser kind of style and want to do something like that, I've got all the stuff for my costumes, minus some of the make up for Rose. So what do you think?

I'd go for scary. I love greasers, but I've always preferred scary on Halloween.

I should do that for a shoot, but I take my sisters Trick~or~Treating and thorns would be a bit of a hassle. I picked her since it wouldn't scare kids too much (I.e:Kurloz.)

Actually there are kids who are into Homestuck in my 'hood. If not the Grey skin will surely freak people out. I aim for someone to point at me and now on my Homestuck-ness.
