Well you have pretty brown eyes so I wouod actually do a plum purple eyeliner on your tightline and thisvbring slight attention to your eyes. On your waterline, apply white eyeliner and this will make your eyes appear brighter and bigger! :) I would avoid using black eyeliner all around your eyes since it will just make your eyes appear smaller. And lastly if you're looking for a fun eye look I would do a neutral eyeshadow on your lid and then take a bright purple or blue eyeliner and line your bottom lash line with that :) It will make your eyes stand out and define them.
