I just baught sally hasen nail and cuticle oil..
but its says remove thoroughly before applying nail enamel and reapply after nail enamel is dry..
so we can apply it on nail polish also??
please help..how do we have to use it for best result..

You can apply it on nailpolish after it's dry. If you have oil on your nails when applying the nailpolish won't stick correctly and will smudge/not dry.
