Mine fell out I currently have an earing in it so it doesn't cover up. It's the one that's got the 90 degree angle not the curved one and everytime I try to turn it when I put it in it feels like it's still in the middle of my nose

Same sort of bar, okay. So what Alexis said is right, start with the little curved bit and twist it in. Once the first part of the bar is through you should be able to push the rest of the bar in. Keep in mind, If you're not completely sure how you're going to go about getting it in, don't do it; go back to your piercing place and have them do it for you. I know that costs about 5$ for them to change jewellery but it's worth it if you aren't used to doing it yourself or it's the first time you've had to try and get it back in. I've had one of my friends try to put a bar like this back in and she actually fainted twice because it can be tricky and they close quite quickly if they're new.
