Well if you want to go more modest go with the blue one, if you want to look more modern go with the other one.

Look up modern anna outfits. there is one with a blue skirt button down and vest. for the brown one maybe tan skinnies and an off the shoulder shirt.

You can get a skirt in those colors but shorter like a skater skirt.
