Ok I know we are not supposed to repost so sorry in advanced but I'm also adding on to this. Ok so I got a dress thats a bit too big in the chest area. Our homecoming is THIS COMING STAURDAY and I don't have time to get it tailored or get a new one. Also I don't have any makeup ideas. So please help a girl out 

You could hand sew elastic around the inside or take it in so it's tighter

I would love to see the dress. I don't really know how to help with the size but I have some makeup ideas. Is there a theme? You could do simple winged liner and a red lip or a smokey eye and nude lip. Or you could just add falsies and a little gloss for something super easy. Try youtube for homecoming makeup tutorials. Try not to over do it though (:

The dress is similar to this but turquoise and not sparkly and the theme is forever young.

I would suggest adding cutlets or a strapless push up bra.
