Try Mint Julips from Lush. I use it and I love it. You don't need to wipe it with cloth. You just lick it after.

I hate the lush lip scrub it's too crumbly and messy and I didn't notice anything different in my lips. Elf was better but still didn't work for me. My all time favorite has to be by beauty treats. It's way cheaper than lush and has a thicker texture and has vitamin e too moisturize and lush just felt really greasy on my lips. Here's what it looks like

Lush is great or just make your own! sugar and coconut oil or olive oil.
