Elf liquid eyeliner! That stuff is absolutely amazing and it's literally $1 at any target or drugstore! It doesn't run or fade. It lasts a really long time and the brush makes it super easy to apply. It's my honest go-to liquid liner. Second best to it is the Rimmel scandal eyes!

Elf liquid liner. Its very very good for the price, but if you want some quality stuff with a good color selection, I'd recommend the Stila eyeliner pens, which are around $20.
