When you're making a DIY face scrub do you use salt or sugar?

Sugar or salt depends on what other ingredients you are using there are loads of different salt scrubs and sugar scrubs so find a recipe and use those ingredients.

Well salt feels more abrasive so I'd use it for the body. For the face I would go for crushed oats actually.

Salt would be good as an acne clearing face acrub :) Crushed oats is good for an anti-redness and for sensitive skin. Sugar is rlly good for everyone I guess and I usually prefer sugar as a body scrub. And as for green tea leaves ^^^I usually add green tea leaves into ALL the scrubs I use to nourish and revitalize my skin :)
