I would suggest covergirl 3 in 1 foundation if your just starting out. And some non latex sponges. Also Rimmel stay matte translucent powder if you have oily skin. You can fin all these products at a target or Walmart. You can buy the elf primer too if you want, but the covergirl 3 in 1 already has a primer in it. Anyways those are just my suggestions if your on a budget :)

Being new at makeup is a great time. You can explore yourself and find new looks. I suggest maybe start with easy brands to practice looks you may want. Then gradually grow your collection. Elf, maybelline, and rimmel are 3 good brands to use. They have a range of products. From concealers, to foundations, to even comtour palettes. They are work great as a practice to see what you will like :) also, if you have an ulta or sephora you can get recommended products from employee's that would be good for you to try and good for your type of skin.

I suggest Loreal True Match foundation. Its really easy to blend so you can blend it in with your fingers which is good for a beginner. Its such a good foundation in general, it'll be your absolute favorite forever! I also suggest the Maybelline mascaras :) they are the best! Also try the Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro primer. Good luck and have fun!
