My skin has been getting very bad with acne. it usually just gets bad when I start my period but now it is just all the time. I was using the clean and clear morning blast or whatever it's called and it didn't help at all. Also a good moisturizer too! my skin is oily.

What kind of a skin care routine do you have? I have pretty bad skin with what seems like constant breakouts. But things that I find have helped is steaming my face every night with a damn face cloth, Changing my pillow case every 2 nights, a clay based toner (The one I'm currently using is from Kiehls) I also have an exfoliating pad from the body shop which the sales girl told me was good for spot pron skin. I feel that is pretty good for getting my face clean at night. Also enough water and green tea. Hope any of this helps :)

• Get seven to eight hours of sleep at night, which is the time needed for skin to recoup and heal any damage done during the day. :)
• Cut out dairy. The additional androgen hormones in cow's milk can cause hormonal imbalances in women and result in breakouts. :)
• Eat antioxidant-rich cranberries, pomegranates and blueberries to help your face (and body) heal faster. :)
• Change your pillowcase daily to remove any bacteria or leftover makeup residue. :)
Try to find a skincare routine that fits your skin,, There's lots of products out there! :) And make sure that you use make up without oil (oil free primer, foundation..)

I actually love the morning burst facial cleanser but then again I don't have acne prone skin.
I suggest really keeping your skin clean, using a toner, using a spot treatment, using a moisturizer with saclycic acid in it...wash your face morning and night. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Use a face mask maybe? Maybe your skin needs some extra love :)

What could I use as a skin care routine? I honestly don't know what to use! I don't eat soy and if I eat dairy it's cheese and it's not much at all! what I'm really trying to find is a skin care routine for oily\acne prone skin!
