It's when your skin isn't exfoliating itself properly. To get rid of them, you will need a chemical exfoliant

Okay, I had milia a few years ago so I guess it has resurfaced. What products do you suggest I use then?

AHAs (glycolic acid) and BHAs (salicylic acid) will do the job. You can ask Kitty K. , as she knows best. Other knowledgeable members you could ask are Traci and Shelley, our skin experts!

Millia... my worst nightmare... tried everything under the sun to rid of these ugly little bumps, which seem to get way worse come summer! I recently started using a lineof skin care called Monsia and they are gone! It has also brightened my complexion and my skin feels great. You can check it out at http://www.monsiaskincare.com/worldwide.html
