That's total bs. just make sure you aren't overlapping high doses of chemicals since a double dose of things like benzol peroxide can dry out your skin and make it very sensitive.

Yea the brand doesn't matter...no one brand does everything perfectly. Some people are lucky and one brand mostly does the job for them and meets their needs but usually I go to a variety of brands for different things. Some just work better or work the same and might be cheaper. Don't be afraid to try things if something from one brand doesn't work!

It's not necessary! For a short time I worked at a skincare store and I have heard of some people reacting to using different skincare lines in their routine but people react differently to different things. If you are adding something new into your routine, doing so gradually helps your skin adjust to the new product.
