I wear concealer, foundation, brow pencil, mascara and translucent powder. It's not very humid where I live so that wouldn't be the cause. I don't own a primer or a setting spray and I'm open to suggestions.
When school ends, my face makeup is not there at all. I have oily skin. My mascara is melted and I have some gray spots under my eyes from it.
Any help? Please?

Get a foundation the works well with oily skin e) covergirl 3 in 1, use powder for your brows instead Of a pencil (or set it with powder after the pencil) and use a primer (be sure you're specific with the kind you get)
