Don't concern yourself with what people say. those who say anything at all just need a life. I say wear it if you want.

You'll look great! Don't worry about what others say. I, and many others at my school, wore scarves on the first day and it was in the 80s. I actually got a lot of compliments on it :) as long as you won't overheat and you like then wear it!

It's fine my parents constantly tell me I look weird wearing my sweaters in the summer but I love it.

It doesn't matter what most people think of you. There's always going to be one person who likes you for you (and thinks your outfit is cute)

If you're going to be a freshman in HS, dress for yourself ALWAYS. I'm a college student & cared what I wore in school, now that I look back on it...education is key & connections. Tip: Dress for yourself & please yourself only!!
