With a colored tank too underneath, unbuttoned at the top, tucked into high waisted shorts.
That's what I do all the time. Then with some cowboy boots or espadrilles and wavy hair. Super cute. :)

Depends on the cut - whether it's flowy or not an all that.
I like to wear them with coloured jeans, sometimes I wear them underneath a sweater, accessorised with chunky necklaces, underneath jackets, with skirts
I'd personally look through polyvore or Pinterest because there are so many ways to wear them
