I don't recommend exfoliating. That area is extremely fragile skin, talk to a dermatologist.

Or if you don't exfoliate already you could try and see if that helps before you consult a doctor.

It looks like milia. You could go to a dermatologist who can tell you what type of milia you have & the best way to treat it.

How can I get these white spotty things off I've always had me my mum has them to but I hate them! I can't cover em or anything is there anyway to just get rid of them?!
