Comments could have been kinder! I think what the girls mean is try using a dotting tool for the dots or the end of a bobby pin works great in my opinion :)

It needs work. I'm being honest. I see what you're trying to do, but I think the paint job is very messy. the cuticles aren't cleaned. I see some blue specks on the green thumb. I like what you're going for and its far from ugly but I think you need more practice. you should look up YouTube tutorials on painting nails. that's how I learned to paint nails.
