Make sure you wash your face twice a day and moisturize afterwards even if you have oily skin , you can also use a toner or astringent
Make sure that you wash off all of your makeup before you go to sleep
Drink lots of water , eat healthy, change your pillow case often , make sure your hair is out of your face
I don't suggest putting coconut oil all over your face because It could clog your pores
You can exfoliate once or twice a week
And try to avoid touching your face and popping pimples
Also wash your makeup brushes after every use because they carry lots of bacteria
And there is some other things too but I can't remember haha :) hope I helped

Switch to oil free and fragrance free products. Both can cause irritations and breakouts. I believe oil free refers to having no mineral oil in the product. You can use facial oils, but be careful of which you use. Coconut oil, for example, is great for some people, but can clog other people's pores. Same for Jojoba oil. Make sure your products are alcohol free as well.
Also, clean your phone off regularly, change pillowcases frequently, and don't touch your face with your hands if you don't have to. If you have to for some reason (like applying skin care or makeup), be sure to wash your hands before you do.

Make sure you wash your face twice every day. If you have oily skin I would recommend Clean and Clear and a oil free moisturizer. Also exfoliate once a week. In the summer it helps to pull your hair back because of the oil.

This is going to sound crazy but for the past three weeks I have been drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water in the morning and evening and my terrible adult acne is clearing up. Despite a few hormonal breakouts around my chin.
