Does the color of your hair define what your like?and why is it when someone gets their hair streaked they immediately think they own tht color?

So lately everyone has been getting different colored highlights,and dip dying their hair.(I will be getting half my hair three toned pink purple and blue)and I almost feel scared to get my hair certain colors because people was start to say things like "I did that first","your mimicking _____",when the truth is i could care less ...
Also does anyone agree people put labels on people who hav a certain hair color too often?
Example:
Blonde:dumb,hot
Brunette:shy,cute
