Some what of a make over?

I'm looking for something different to do with my hair and makeup. I have red hair right now but I'm looking to change because it's faded and a lot more people got red hair, I'm thinking about going back to my natural hair color (pictured, sorry for the weird selfie) but changing something with it, like adding blue or something like that. And as for my makeup, I'm looking for just suggestions of what you think would look good, although I don't think I'll stop lining my bottom lash line, because I look odd without it.

You can maybe try a little dark. You can find the perfect make up in wish.com. It's not that expensive and you will find just the right make up that goes with your sense of style
