So I have dark brown eyes and I want to know what kind of eye shadow colors I should use to make them stand out more. Also, I have asian features since I'm asian so I'm not sure how I should do my eyeliner or anything since I want my eyes to appear more... Open and less small.

Try using a white eyeliner on your water line to make your eyes appear bigger :)

Color would be pinks, natural colors like browns would look good. Greens, purples, red. I feel tinting the eyeshadow a little bit is the best. Then you could use any color :)

A little bit of a red eyeliner would be cool also :D
Like not all of the eyeliner but like the tip or something would look nice and might add a little edge :)

Thanks! Any good mascaras you know of? I have length but not volume.

I have the same problem.
Right now use NYX La Frou Frou mascara. To add volume I add more than one layer of it. It doesn't seem to add any length :)

Personally it's what I use for now until I find something I can just put on without laying it for volume. Haven't found anything yet though.
Also the eyelashes look more natural with the NYX La Frou Frou mascara. When I used a different mascara I got a comment from my mom that my eyelashes looked fake. So I went back to the la frou frou after that lol

There is something called eyelash fibers that I myself just found out about, you add a layer of mascara, then the fibers which comes in a tube exactly like mascara but smaller, then another layer of mascara. It works amazingly and can be washed out with your mascara. how this helps!

I have heard of eyelash fibers but I haven't been sure about whether it not to try them.

I am definitely going to try this out when I get the chance :D
Means I don't have to change the mascara I use. Yay!! (That's if it work though lol)
