I joined a swim team about 2 months ago and have been swimming 2-3 hours everyday. I haven't noticed a difference in my body besides mussle tone, however I gained 10 pounds!!! My diet hasn't changed. I think it's mussel weight but still I'm kinda freaking out to weigh so much at so young.

It's muscle! I have the same problem, once I started doing Cheerleading I lost weight but I got toned and I can tell. I was worried that my weight was fat but it turned out that it was muscle. in your picture your are not fat at all! so its all just muscle expecially since you swim so much

yup muscle weighs more. thats why BMI charts and stuff can be redundant. just so long as your clothes fit nice and stuff don't worry about where the needle Lands on the scales x
