I'm going on a fay to evening night out leaving home at 3:30pm meal at le tasca at 5pm then staying out in Cardiff city till around half ten I'm normally a dress o skirt and top with heels kind of dresser when in a night out but I don't know what to wear for this due to the times and ideas??

You could change halfway, or wear something that you can take on/ off...like a cardigan/ jacket. or wear something that will look good with two pairs of shoes (heels for night, flats for day for example)
-- will you have a car to leave stuff in? or are you walking the whole time?
