Hair Color And Cut?

So I have deep dark brown hair, I had the ends a few months ago ombre, but now it's getting old. I want to do something with my hair, something that is cheap to keep up with, but also looks good. I don't want to go crazy with it either. I also want a different haircut. I have had my hair cut the same way since I was in like 7th grade, I'm tired of it. My hair length now is about 7 inches past my arm pit. I love Chelsea Houska's hair cut. I put a picture of it attached! I want the bangs maybe start a little longer. Would it look good on me, and how easy is it to style? I also want the little (idk what you call them lol) like not sideburns, but sideburns that hand in front of your ears when you pull your hair up. I am 19 years old, I am a freshman in college and I just want a change. I have never had them and I think they look great! Please give my some advice! Thanks in advance!!! :)

I think you could pull off both that hair cut and color. Maybe just going a lighter brown or sandy blonde would be nice
