Mine are also super weak after acrylics, they'll last a couple days before my nails are all broken off lol.

After I take arcilycs off, my nails are super weak, break easily, and are just damaged. Same for everyone else I know who gets them taken off.

I'm also curious. How is the best way for them to be applied?

When you get your nails done, they shouldn't literally grind your nail down so thin before the acrylics are applied. They should only roughen the surface a little bit. For me, I have noticed that when I ask them not to do that my nails are fine when I take my acrylics off, granted, not perfect but I am left with something to work with... Which leads me to this, it also matters a great deal how you treat your naturals after you've soaked the acrylics off. Moisturize, applying a nail hardner, and a fresh coat of polish and top coat can really help them from not breaking.
