Hi ladies. I would love to know what are some good product for contouring for my skin tone. I already have the original Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit and I'm looking to try something different since I only use one of the contour shades in the kit :(. I am an NC 42 in MAC, MUFE HD 153. What do you ladies recommend?? Thanks!!

Hello, Anastasia is now selling the contour powders seperately in the pan form online. There's tons of shades so perhaps you will have better luck finding shades for your skin tone. When you contour, you are trying to create depths and shadows in your face- we naturally have these depths and shadows in our faces and these shadows tend to be almost greyish in tone. I cannot recommend a specific product for you because we have different skin tones, but the point is you should choose a shade that is cool in tone. For example, taupeish brown, ashier browns are going to be better suited for contouring because they will mimik the face's natural contours where as more warm, golden-orangey browns are going to be suited for bronzing or adding warmth and color to your face.
P.S. I think Jordan Liberty from YouTube has a video about this and recommendations for different skin tones

Thank you. And yes I know about using a cool tone that's why it's harder for me to find the right one :( they all seem too warm toned! But yes I've been looking at ABH kit online but the shipping is horrible and I'm not sure about the shade. But thanks for the help girly :)

I think Jordan Liberty recommended a Make Up Forever Sculpting kit in #2 and #4. I think youre best bet would be going to a sephora to see the MUFE ones in person as well as other products they may have. You're not limited to just contour products- a foundation of some sort with the right undertone might work. And no problem! Hope you get to find the perfect one :)
