My eyebrows need intervention!!

I'm 16 and I just started using full on makeup...so far I've been able to master all the other parts except my eyebrows... I have tried so hard but I always end up looking like a cave woman...please help!!

Just fill them in lightly w shadow or brow powder, get them waxed once a month. use a clear brow gel :)
